Fun Run Store - Important Information
IMPORTANT - After all items are in the shopping cart, enter promo code "PAYLATER" at checkout. TGMC accounting dept. will subtract the order total, including shipping, from the online donations total during the event closing process.
Please include the school name along with your name in the "Full Name" data field.
SHIPPING CHARGES and tracking will be emailed to you when the order ships. The shipping fees will be based on weight and distance. If you need expedited shipping please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please allow 2 business days for your order to leave our facility and ship. We will send tracking once your order has shipped. If you have questions about your order please email customer service at email@example.com
All returned merchandise must accompany a Merchandise Return Form located at the bottom of this page. All returns must be returned prior to the closing of your event. We DO NOT issue refund checks after your event is closed. We only subtract merchandise from a current open event.
If your group is NOT Teamed Up with our services a 10% handling fee will be applied to the merchandise total. You must pay by credit/debit card once your order is approved by our customer support department.

TGMC RETURN POLICY
- All returns must include a Return Merchandise form enclosed in with the return packaging.
- Only unopened incentive/reward items may be returned in their original packaging with their indicated full quantity.
- Items in the Cheering section or posters are non-returnable.
- Donation packets, ONLY bundles of 50 unused pledge packets may be returned.
- All returns must be received by our returns department and processed before closing your event.
- The online donation reconciliation process will begin after returns are received and processed back into our inventory.
